Care was great in the xray and exam areas. But when I went to pay, I was told my insurance didn't cover everything and the staff member couldn't explain. So I then tries to pay my $159 bill with my Care Credit card, as I was told they take it. The staff tried to run it but when she couldn't get it to work, another staff member stated that certain providers have a balance minimum, and this provider's minimum is $200. I should have been informed of this in advance. I didn't appreciate not being told, in advance, as to what wasn't going to be covered by my insurance and I should have been told from the beginning about the Care Credit minimum.

I’ve heard the noise in why this place was no good but I decided to try anyway (even had a backup appointment at another dentist). Staff was friendly and non-judgmental. The doctor, while not full of personality, answered my questions and explained everything well and allowed me to ask questions. He was gentle and attentive. I have to have major work done and I was assured about the entire procedure. The hygienist who subsequently took care of me was kind and attentive as well. She was very reassuring and explained everything so I completely understood. I was able to obtain financing and the office manager (Rachel) did everything she could to make sure my complete treatment plan would be covered and everything was explained up front (including an itemized list of charges). I cannot wait to get my results but my first impression was very professional and very understanding.

Run from here with the quickness! These folks molded my back teeth and produced a plate from their own mold and it has never fit until this day! I had (4) back teeth pulled and Aspen charged our federal BCBS for (5) teeth. Run from here and never look back or ye shall turn into their sack of 💰 Chops shop, indeed. P.S.) Watch out for the raving review people; they each have only (1) or at the most (4) previous reviews listed in their history of reviews. Most likely staff members coerced to plant fake reviews in for Aspen. Don't be fooled.

I thought the staff were very professional. They worked out an acceptable plan of care for us and we were highly pleased with the care we received for my husband. They seemed confident and capable and made him feel at ease with the up and coming procedure and I definitely would recommend them to anyone. The best part is they help you work out a financial plan and lay out everything for you to choose your options and we got right in even with a Medicare supplement and didn't have to wait 6 months for dental care. I recommend trying this place.

The staff treated me very well. Dentists were understanding about my anxiety and I was well pleased how I was treated. Very thorough on examination, took awhile, but I'm glad to know what I need. Will be going back for treatment.

I have insurance that pays 100% for teeth cleaning. Had one teeth cleaning which did not clean my teeth paid 58.00. Then my insurance refused to pay 98.30 because it was over the normal charge for teeth cleaning. Yes you can get in quick. But you will pay for it. I guess if you need a quick dentist and no insurance pay the 263.00 for just a cleaning. Oh yes great reviews from a month ago wait 3 months you'll get a text about additional amount you owe because insurance will not pay their amount they are charging you. Not through I was told by the dental hygienist if you want your teeth to look cleaner I would suggest buying our whitening paste. Oh yes another 79.00. No. Sorry but just watch out for the other....

Dr. is professional, very courteous, and super efficient! I've had New denture done in 2 weeks. Today , I had an extraction. In and out in 15 minutes! With NO Pain! Love this place.

Best dentist experience every time hands down! I can get appointments almost immediately. If I need work done I can get it almost immediately. The costs are very reasonable. Dr. Faird has always been great. I never have to wait. I wish all medical appointments were this smooth.
